The Pyrle

Rent the Pyrle Theater

The Pyrle Theater is a three-quarter thrust theater that seats up to 299 guests.  The space features a gallery level connected to the lobby, a small backstage area, and a cross-under hallway below the audience seating risers.  Restrooms are located through the entrances on the lower level of the theater.  A greenroom and dressing rooms are located on the 2nd floor.  The Pyrle Theater makes use of advanced lighting and sound equipment.

Rates:

Regular Rate: $1400
Non-Profit Rate: $980

These rates include:

  • A four (4) hour Rental Period
  • General Stage Lighting (one look)
  • General Sound (audio playback an dup to two handheld microphones)
  • Access to Technical Booth
  • (1) Theater Manager
  • (1) Front of House Manager
  • (1) Production Staff
  • (6) 6’ Rectangular Tables
  • (6) Hightop Cocktail Tables, with (12) chairs
  • (50) Black Plastic Chairs
  • Clear acrylic or black lectern
  • Dressing Rooms and Greenroom

Availability is contingent on Triad Stage production Schedules and needs.  All Triad Stage productions and functions take priority for equipment, personnel, and space availability.

Additional Items and Fees:

  • Additional Hour: $125 (Non-profit: $100)
  • Additional Technician: $25/hr
  • Box Office Manager: $30/hr
  • Additional Front of House Staff: $20/hr
  • Bartender: $20/hr
  • Piano: $200 (Non-profit: $175)
  • Piano tuning: $125
  • Projector and Screen: $150 (Non-profit: $100)
  • Designer Fee: $100/hr
  • Cleaning and Sanitization: $250 – APPLIES TO ALL RENTALS

Staff and Personnel Rates may not be discounted. 

The Bar

The Bar is available on a Cash or Consumption Basis.  If you wish to allow your patrons to purchase items at the bar, Triad Stage will manage it at no cost to you.  If you wish to provide an open-style bar to your guests, you will be responsible for the cost of the bartender and product based on consumption, to be included in your final invoice.

Please Note:

As a 501(c)(3)organization, Triad Stage is unable to rent space to individuals and/or organizations whose activities in connection with the rental at Triad Stage consist of carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.

Upstage Cabaret

Rent the Upstage Cabaret

The Upstage Cabaret is an intimate cabaret space that features a small bar and a platform stage.  The space can be arranged to seat up to 80 guests and can accommodate up to 120 guests standing.  The Upstage Cabaret includes cafe-style lighting, limited stage lighting, and a sound system.  Restrooms are located in the hallway outside of the space.  there is a small green room and access to a warming catering kitchen located between the Upstage Cabaret and Sloan Rehearsal Hall.

Rates:

Regular Rate: $1000
Non-Profit Rate: $725

These rates include:

  • A four (4) hour Rental Period
  • General Stage Lighting (one look)
