Robin Christian-McNair

Triad Stage: Having Our SayA Christmas Carol  (2015-2017), The Mystery of Irma Vep, and Our Town. Robin has recently coached accents, voice and text for Hangar Theater’s production of Pride and Prejudice and Xanadu. Last summer she presented a voice and text workshop to Professional Actors in Taipei, Taiwan. She moved here four years ago from New York City where she was teaching at the Actors Studio MFA program at Pace University and Tepper Semester (Syracuse University) and Co-chair of Voice and Speech and Artistic Council at HB Studio. Her degree is from Rutgers, Mason Gross School of the Arts, where she received an MFA under the direction of William Esper. Ms. Christian-McNair is Linklater Voice designated, Feldenkrais certified, and has a speech and accent certification in Louis Colaianni’s “Joy of Phonetics”. Currently, she is working on her certification as an Intimacy Choreographer. Robin is a member of Actors Equity, SAG, VASTA, a new member of Intimacy Director’s International, and a proud professor of Drama at UNCSA.
