For Audience Members

Theater +

At Triad Stage, we are committed to offering audience members a multi-faceted experience at the theater. We program lectures and audience talk-backs with actors, designers and experts during all of our MainStage productions to offer audience members multiple opportunities to engage with the work they see onstage.

  • Technically Talking: a behind-the-scenes conversation with our director and designers.
  • PostScript: a free-wheeling discussion with the cast following the show.
  • InSight: is a conversation with a noted expert on a theme or topic related to the show.
  • PreText: a pre-show conversation that offers context and ways to connect to performances' thematic elements.

Here are our Theater + dates for Greensboro and Winston-Salem. You can also find this information on our Calendar of Events.

New for 2017-2018, we will be offering creative workshops for groups who purchase tickets to attend performances together. If you are bringing a group with an organization (such as a book club, education organization, or retirement community), you can, for a small additional fee, schedule a pre- or post-show workshop with a Triad Stage teaching artist. Workshops will use active, creative activities to invite participants to make deeper connections to the themes of the production they attend. Workshops can be scheduled at your location and according to what works best for your group.

Don't forget that you can book a group without a formal organization, too! Get a group of friends together and book your tickets as a group. You can save money and be eligible for a creative experience with your group. For more information and to reserve group tickets, contact the Triad Stage Box Office at 336.272.0160 or
